DRC Projects

The Infrastructure Development Capital Fund Component, Under EPC + FINANCE ARRANGEMENT Between SWACOFF and DR CONGO GOVERNMENT

On February 4, 2019 Executives from SWACOFF and the DRC Government signed a contract to deliver the following infrastructure projects:

1. The construction of roads leading from the East to the West of the Democratic Republic of Congo for the transportation of persons and goods.
2. The creation of 20 agro-industrial parks on the complete areal of the Democratic Republic of Congo
3. The creation of a Credit and Agricultural Bank for the assistance in the business development of small and medium agricultural companies.
4. The construction of 10 waste disposal units and the production of organic fertilizer.
5. The construction of a railway system from East to West and from North to South.
6. The construction of 20 units for boulder and stone crushing and breaking.
7. The construction of dams, in particular the Inga-dam.
8. The construction of 10 new urban cities and residential areas
9. The construction of 20 cement and concrete factories
10. The construction of access and connection roads to the existing road network
11. The erection of river marking and drainage systems from Khinsasa to Kisangaré.

1. La construction des autoroutes reliant toutes les corridors, d’Est en Ouest de la République Démocratique du Congo pour le transport de personnes et de marchandises.
2. Création de 20 parcs agro-industriels sur l’ensemble dela République Démocratique du Congo.
3. La création d’une banque de Crédit et du Développement Agricolepour stimuler la production des petites et moyennes entreprises agricoles.
4. La construction de 10 unités de traitement des déchets et la production d’engrais organique.
5. La construction d’un système ferroviaire d’Est en oOest et du Nord au Sud.
6. La construction de 20 unités pourle concassage de blocs et de pierres.
7. La construction de barrages, en particulier le barrage d’Inga, et de centrales hydro-électriques.
8. La construction de 10 nouvelles citésurbaines et de zones résidentielle
9. La construction de 20 usines de fabrication de ciment et de béton
10. La construction de voies d’accès et de raccordement au réseau routier existant.

These Infrastructure Projects are estimated to take Twelve (12) years to be completed.
